2005 Mini Cooper
When the Mini Cooper was introduced to America in 2002, there was a question as to its chances of success. Small cars have rarely proven to be popular in this marketplace. Now that several production years have come and gone, the Mini Cooper phenomenon has only surprised the people who do not own one. One of the favorites of many enthusiasts is the 2005 yellow Mini Cooper S convertible. There are dozens of reasons for this, but the shear beauty of the car is the top one.
First marketed at the young, relatively affluent buyer, the Mini soon enjoyed success across economic barriers. This car was not meant to be owned by the suits that represent “the man”. The 2005 yellow Mini Cooper S convertible was designed to be driven by the radicals of the world. Top down, wind whipping your womans hair frantically about. Whoa! It’s pretty easy to get carried away when writing about these babies. Look, you’ve got the truest handling car on the road today, a sweet interior, and every amenity you could ask for. After market dressing can be bought any where. Most of it is easy to put on, so these cars blow away the do-it-yourself guys out there. You hit that key and you get a rumble that makes you want to stroke your….shifter. What else is there to ask for in a car?
The Mini Cooper has taken the country by storm since 2002. Sooner if you count the craze caused by the old school cars from the age of Aquarius. Now you have the Clubman, the Mini Moke, and, of course, the 2005 yellow Mini Cooper S convertible that I tend to prefer. Whatever your preference, get out there and drive it like there is a repo man in your rear view mirror.
