My husband had a heart attack 2 weeks ago, while recuperating he saw a TV show on the Food Network featuring Alton Brown, driving a Red Mini cooper convertible and commented on how cute the car looked and how much fun it would be to drive it. We live north of Toronto Ontario Canada and I was hoping to be able to rent a John Cooper Works Mini Convertible for a couple of days to drive him around touring. What a nightmare, I can’t find any place up here that rents Mini coopers. I’ve contacted 2 Mini dealerships but they don’t “rent” out there cars which I completely understand. I’ve unsuccessfully searched sites on the internet. Very very frustrating !!!

hi my name is rick and my wife carol, we live in the cincinnati ohio area and my wife would like to be able to rent a mini cooper prior to buying one but we seem to be having a lot of trouble finding someone that rents the minis could someone help us out and get us some info on the rental of a mini cooper

I’m not sure if this will be of any help but Connect by Hertz and Zipcar both rent Mini Coopers I’ve used their services before and they provide free gas. Not very costly either. About $100 a day maybe less.
